Wholesale nicotine pouches for UK vape shops
Nicotine pouches are small oral pouches that contain nicotine but no tobacco leaf. They are a regulated, adult-only product, and this collection brings together the pouch brands UK trade buyers ask for, sold in trade boxes and packs.
Snus, which contains tobacco, has been banned in the UK since 1992 and is a different product. The information below covers the range and the rules that apply to selling it.
Nicotine pouch brands in the range
The biggest range, in boxes of 10. See Pablo nicotine pouches.
Boxes of 10, with the strength shown in each product title, such as the Killa Nicopods Cold Mint.
Nicotine pouches in packs of 10, such as the VELO Nicotine Pouches and the IVG Nicotine Pouches.
Further lines in packs of 5 and 10, such as the Lost Mary Airplane Mode Nicotine Pouches.
Strengths and labels
Strength figures vary widely between brands, and the figure is shown in each product title. Before you list a product, check the basis of the figure on the pack, because some brands state strength per pouch and others per gram, and the two are not comparable. Confirm the figure with the supplier if the pack is unclear, and keep that documentation on file.
There is currently no legal cap on the strength of nicotine pouches in the UK, but the Tobacco and Vapes Act 2026 gives the government powers to set limits on strength, flavours and packaging. Consultations are continuing, and controls could follow through later regulations. If you are planning stock of the strongest lines, keep that in mind.
UK rules for nicotine pouches
The Tobacco and Vapes Act 2026 received Royal Assent on 29 April 2026. From 29 October 2026 the minimum age to buy nicotine pouches in the UK is 18 by law, and the rule applies to online sales as well as shops. Before that date there was no statutory age limit for pouches. The Act also bans vending machines for these products and the free distribution of nicotine products, and it restricts advertising and sponsorship. The dates for each measure differ, so check what applies to your business.
Selling nicotine pouches responsibly
Check age at the counter and verify age on every online sale.
Do not give nicotine pouches away free, and do not sell them from a vending machine.
Keep products in their original packaging with the manufacturer's warnings.
Hold supplier documentation, strength information and invoices for each line.
Stocking nicotine pouches
Start with the brands and strengths your customers already ask for, and add lines as your reorders show what moves. Keep nicotine pouches separate from products aimed at younger customers, and display them in line with the rules that apply to your shop. For the Pablo range in full, see our Pablo nicotine pouches.

Frequently asked questions
What are nicotine pouches?
Nicotine pouches are small oral pouches that contain nicotine but no tobacco leaf. They are used between the lip and gum and are not smoked or vaped. They are different from snus, which contains tobacco and has been banned in the UK since 1992. Each product page shows the strength and pack size.
Are nicotine pouches legal to sell in the UK?
Yes, to adults. From 29 October 2026 it is illegal to sell nicotine pouches to anyone under 18 under the Tobacco and Vapes Act 2026, including online. Snus is banned. Check age on every sale, keep supplier documentation on file, and check which other rules apply to your business.
What changes on 29 October 2026?
The minimum age of sale of 18 extends to nicotine pouches and other vaping and nicotine products, including zero-nicotine vapes, in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Vending machines for these products and free distribution are also banned. Retailers should brief staff and put age checks in place before that date.
Is there a nicotine strength limit for pouches?
Not yet. There is no statutory cap on pouch strength in the UK, but the Tobacco and Vapes Act 2026 gives the government powers to set limits on strength, flavours and packaging. Consultations are continuing, so keep this in mind when you plan stock of the strongest lines.
How should I read the strength on a pouch?
Check the basis of the figure on the pack, because some brands state strength per pouch and others per gram, and the two are not comparable. The strength figure also appears in each product title. If the pack is unclear, ask the supplier to confirm it in writing and keep that on file.
Do you offer trade pricing and next-day delivery on nicotine pouches?
Trade prices are shown after you log in. Orders over £200 placed before 3pm ship free for next-day delivery, with BT postcodes excluded. For larger orders, or a quote covering several shops, contact our trade team and we will put one together.
