Ordering and trade accounts
Who can buy from Vape UK Wholesale, and where do I see prices?
We supply UK retailers and other trade buyers, and sales are for adults aged 18 and over. Prices are shown on every product page, so you do not need to log in to see them. If you need help placing your first order, contact our trade team and we will help you get set up.
Do you have a minimum order?
No. There is no minimum order, so you can order as much or as little as you need. Delivery is free on orders of £200 or more and £7.99 on smaller orders, and BT postcodes are £15. Details are in our shipping policy.
Which products do you supply?
We supply vape kits, pod kits, replacement pods, coils, tanks, e-liquids, nic salts, nicotine pouches and accessories in trade quantities.
How do I know an order or payment request is genuine?
Please place orders only through this website. We never take orders or payments through phone calls, sales representatives, WhatsApp or other unofficial contacts. For order or payment queries, use our official details: email sales@vapeukwholesale.co.uk or call 07360 679575, or use our contact page.

Payment
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are taken through Viva Wallet, which accepts all major credit cards, including Visa.
We also accept bank transfer within the United Kingdom.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We ship only within the United Kingdom.
Delivery
How fast is delivery, and is it free?
Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are processed the same day for next-day delivery, which takes 1 working day. Orders of £200 or more ship free, excluding BT postcodes, and smaller orders are charged £7.99. Saturday delivery, delivery charges and exceptions are explained in our shipping policy.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland and Scotland?
Yes, with some differences. BT (Northern Ireland) postcodes are charged £15 for delivery, take 2 to 3 working days and are not eligible for free delivery. Some Scottish postcodes, including the Highlands and islands, are delivered in two days rather than next day. Our shipping policy lists the postcodes affected.
Returns
Do I have to pay anything to return my items?
Yes. Customers pay the return postage for any item returned under our return policy, which you can read in our refund policy.
How do I return an item?
Please contact customer service. They will give you instructions after discussing the issue with you.
UK rules and compliance
Can I still sell disposable vapes in the UK?
No. Single-use (disposable) vapes have been banned across the UK since 1 June 2025, so retailers should stock rechargeable, refillable products instead. See our prefilled pod vape kits and replacement pods, and check each product page for its specifications before you list it.
What is Vaping Products Duty, and does it affect e-liquids?
From 1 October 2026, vaping liquid is charged Vaping Products Duty at £2.20 per 10ml, whether or not it contains nicotine, and it is paid by manufacturers and importers. New stock carries a duty stamp, existing unstamped stock can be sold until 31 March 2027, and from 1 April 2027 all vaping products sold must be stamped. How do nic shots and shortfills work?
Do you supply nicotine pouches?
Yes. Our nicotine pouch range includes Pablo and other brands. Nicotine pouches are for adults only, and the 18+ age restriction is being extended to them in law from 29 October 2026, so keep age checks in place on every sale.
