Wholesale e-liquids for UK vape shops
E-liquid is the repeat purchase of every vape shop, and this collection covers each format UK customers buy: nic salts and 10ml e-liquids for pod kits and starter kits, nic shots, and nicotine-free shortfills in sizes from 50ml up to 500ml. The sections below explain how each format works, so you can stock the mix that suits your shop.
E-liquid types in the range
10ml nic salt e-liquids, mainly in 5mg, 10mg and 20mg strengths, for refillable pod kits and lower-power devices. See wholesale nic salts.
10ml bottles in a more traditional 50/50 style, from brands such as Pukka Juice, Hangsen and Vado. See 10ml e-liquids.
10ml nicotine boosters, such as the 18mg shots from Nic Nic, Nic Up and Nic Drip, used to add nicotine to a shortfill. See nic shots.
Nicotine-free bottles with room for one 10ml nic shot. See 50ml e-liquids.
The largest part of the range, from brands including Kingston, Doozy Vape Co, Hayati, Peeky Blenders and Fantasi, such as Kingston AU Gold and Hayati Pro Max. See 100ml e-liquids.
Larger formats for customers who buy in volume. See 200ml e-liquids and 500ml e-liquids.
How shortfills and nic shots work together
A shortfill is a nicotine-free e-liquid sold in a larger bottle, with space left in the bottle for a nic shot. A 50ml shortfill plus a single 18mg nic shot makes 60ml of 3mg e-liquid, for example.
Shortfills are often high-VG, with 70VG and 30PG common, but ratios vary by brand, so check each product page. Customers who want nicotine in a shortfill need a nic shot, so it is worth keeping them near your shortfills.
Choosing a mix for your shop
Most shops carry a spread of formats rather than one. Nic salts and 10ml e-liquids suit customers with pod kits and starter kits, while shortfills suit customers with sub-ohm vape kits. Start with the formats your customers already ask for, in a handful of best-selling flavours, and add brands as your reorders show what moves. Flavour wording on product pages follows each manufacturer's own labelling.
Vaping Products Duty and duty stamps
From 1 October 2026, vaping liquid is charged Vaping Products Duty at £2.20 per 10ml, whether or not it contains nicotine, and it is paid by manufacturers and importers. Because it is charged on volume, larger shortfill bottles carry proportionally more. New stock made or imported from that date carries a duty stamp, existing unstamped stock can be sold until 31 March 2027, and from 1 April 2027 all vaping products sold must be stamped. Keep invoices and delivery notes for any pre-duty stock you hold.
What to check before you list an e-liquid
- Bottles that contain nicotine are capped at 10ml and nicotine strength at 20mg/ml.
- Shortfills must be nicotine-free, with space left for a nic shot.
- Containers should be child-resistant and tamper-evident, and products should be notified to the MHRA.
- Sales are restricted to adults aged 18 and over, and supplier documentation should be kept on file.

Frequently asked questions
What is a shortfill e-liquid?
A shortfill is a nicotine-free e-liquid sold in a larger bottle, such as 50ml or 100ml, with space left to add a nic shot. UK rules limit nicotine e-liquid to 10ml bottles, so shortfills are sold at 0mg. Customers who want nicotine add a separate 10ml nic shot to the bottle.
How do nic shots work with shortfills?
A nic shot is a 10ml bottle of high-strength nicotine e-liquid that is added to a shortfill. A 50ml shortfill plus one 18mg nic shot makes 60ml of 3mg e-liquid. Check the bottle for how much space is left, and match the shot to the amount of e-liquid in the shortfill.
What is the difference between nic salts and 10ml 50/50 e-liquids?
Nic salts are made with nicotine salts and suit refillable pod kits and lower-power devices, mainly in 5mg, 10mg and 20mg. 10ml 50/50 e-liquids use a more traditional ratio and suit many starter kits and pod systems. Check each device's guidance before recommending either to a customer.
Does Vaping Products Duty apply to shortfills and nicotine-free e-liquid?
Yes. From 1 October 2026 the duty is £2.20 per 10ml of vaping liquid, whether or not it contains nicotine, paid by manufacturers and importers. New stock carries a duty stamp, and unstamped stock made or imported before that date can be sold until 31 March 2027. Ask our trade team about stock status.
Are e-liquids legal to sell in the UK?
Yes, to adults aged 18 and over, provided they meet UK TPD rules. Nicotine e-liquid is limited to 10ml bottles and 20mg/ml, containers must be child-resistant and tamper-evident, and products should be notified to the MHRA. Shortfills must be nicotine-free. Keep supplier documentation on file for each product.
