Wholesale 10ml e-liquids for UK vape shops
Ten millilitres is the largest bottle size allowed for nicotine e-liquid in the UK, which makes 10ml the standard format for ready-to-use e-liquid. This collection brings together 10ml e-liquids from the brands UK customers ask for by name, so you can stock the everyday refill range from one supplier. Most are sold in trade packs of 10 bottles, with a few in packs of 3, and the flavour and strength are chosen on each product page.

50/50 e-liquid and the devices it suits
Many of the 10ml e-liquids here are 50/50, which means equal parts PG and VG. It is the traditional ratio and suits many starter kits and pod systems. Customers with a refillable pod kit may prefer nic salts, which are also sold in 10ml bottles, so keep both and let customers choose. Always check each device's own guidance before recommending an e-liquid.
Choosing strengths
The UK limit for nicotine e-liquid is 20mg/ml, and strengths vary by product. The IVG 50/50 nic salts, for example, are listed in 3mg and 6mg and in 12mg and 18mg. Customers tend to stick with one strength, so ask your regulars what they use before you decide how much of each to hold, and add strengths as your reorders show what sells.
Stocking 10ml e-liquids
E-liquid is the repeat purchase that sits behind every kit you sell. Start with the brands and flavour families your customers already buy, such as tobacco, menthol and fruit, and widen the range as your reorders show what moves. Keep 10ml e-liquids near the kits and pods they go with, such as pod kits, vape kits and replacement pods. For larger formats and nicotine-free bottles, see our wholesale e-liquids.
Vaping Products Duty and duty stamps
From 1 October 2026, vaping liquid is charged Vaping Products Duty at £2.20 per 10ml, paid by manufacturers and importers, so each 10ml bottle carries one unit of duty on new stock. New stock made or imported from that date carries a duty stamp, existing unstamped stock can be sold until 31 March 2027, and from 1 April 2027 all vaping products sold must be stamped. Keep invoices and delivery notes for any pre-duty stock you hold.
What to check before you list a 10ml e-liquid
- Bottles are capped at 10ml and nicotine strength at 20mg/ml.
- Containers should be child-resistant and tamper-evident, and products should be notified to the MHRA.
- Sales are restricted to adults aged 18 and over, and supplier documentation should be kept on file.

Frequently asked questions
Why are e-liquids with nicotine sold in 10ml bottles?
UK rules limit nicotine e-liquid to bottles of 10ml, so 10ml is the standard size for ready-to-use e-liquid. Larger bottles are sold nicotine-free as shortfills, with nic shots added separately. Trade packs of 10ml bottles are mostly sold as packs of 10, with a few in packs of 3.
What does 50/50 mean on an e-liquid?
50/50 means the e-liquid is made with equal parts PG and VG. It is the traditional ratio, and it suits many starter kits and pod systems. Check each device's guidance, because some pod kits suit other ratios, and the product page shows the ratio for each e-liquid.
What is the difference between 10ml e-liquids and nic salts?
Both come in 10ml bottles. Nic salts are made with nicotine salts and suit refillable pod kits and lower-power devices, mainly in 5mg, 10mg and 20mg. 10ml 50/50 e-liquids use a more traditional ratio and suit many starter kits and pod systems. Check the device before recommending either.
Does Vaping Products Duty apply to 10ml e-liquids?
Yes. From 1 October 2026 the duty is £2.20 per 10ml of vaping liquid, paid by manufacturers and importers, so each 10ml bottle carries one unit. New stock carries a duty stamp, and unstamped stock made or imported before that date can be sold until 31 March 2027. Ask our trade team about stock status.
Are 10ml e-liquids legal to sell in the UK?
Yes, to adults aged 18 and over, provided they meet UK TPD rules. Bottles are limited to 10ml and nicotine strength to 20mg/ml, containers must be child-resistant and tamper-evident, and products should be notified to the MHRA. Keep supplier documentation on file for each product you list.
