Wholesale prefilled pod kits for UK vape shops
A prefilled pod kit is a rechargeable device that runs on prefilled pods. The customer keeps the device, charges it over USB-C and fits a fresh pod when the e-liquid runs out. This collection brings together the prefilled kits our trade customers reorder most, so you can stock the category from one supplier.
Single-use vapes have been illegal to sell in the UK since 1 June 2025, and reusable kits like these are what most shops now sell instead.
How prefilled pod kits work
Most of the range follows the same pattern:

Choosing kits for your customers
Customers tend to ask for a particular kit by name, so brands such as Elux, Elf Bar and Hayati help these sell. Beyond the name, the practical differences are pod capacity, battery size and whether the kit takes a refill container. A kit with a refill container runs for longer between pod changes, while a simpler kit is easier to explain at the counter. Ask your regulars what they want, and stock a couple of flavours of each kit before widening the range.
Stock the pods as well as the kits
The repeat business is in the pods. Customers who buy a kit come back for replacement pods in their flavour, so carry matching prefilled pods for every kit you stock. The Elux Legend 8000 refill pods are a good example, with 22 flavours. Pods are not interchangeable between kits, so check the product page before you order. If a customer would rather fill their own, point them to our refillable pod kits.
What to check before you list a kit
- The device must be rechargeable and take replacement pods, or be refillable.
- Pods are capped at 2ml, nicotine e-liquid at 20mg/ml and refill containers at 10ml.
- Sales are restricted to adults aged 18 and over.
- Puff counts are manufacturer ratings, not guarantees, so use them for comparison only.

What is a prefilled pod kit?

How is a prefilled pod kit different from a single-use vape?

Are prefilled pod kits legal to sell in the UK?
Yes, to adults aged 18 and over, provided they meet UK TPD rules. Pods are limited to 2ml, nicotine e-liquid to 20mg/ml and refill containers to 10ml. Keep the supplier documentation for each product on file, and keep age checks in place on every sale.
Do prefilled pod kits need replacement pods?

What do the puff counts mean?
Puff counts are the manufacturer's rating, measured under test conditions. Real figures depend on how each person uses the device, so treat them as a comparison between kits rather than a guarantee. Shorter, gentler draws usually get closer to the rated number.
