Before you stock a new line
New products are worth trying, but a few checks protect your shelf.
For any kit, confirm that the pods or coils it uses are listed, because customers will return for them. Browse replacement pods and replacement coils.
Read each product page for battery, capacity and strength details, and confirm you are buying the UK version.
Keep supplier documentation for every product, including MHRA notification where it applies.
Start with a small order of lines your customers are likely to ask for, then reorder what sells.

UK rules for new lines
New does not mean exempt. Single-use disposable vapes have been banned in the UK since 1 June 2025, so only rechargeable, refillable or replaceable-pod devices should be listed, and you should check each device before you stock it. Tanks and pods that contain nicotine e-liquid are limited to 2ml, and nicotine e-liquid to 20mg/ml and bottles of up to 10ml. From 29 October 2026 the minimum age to buy nicotine pouches and other vaping and nicotine products is 18 by law, and free distribution of these products is banned.
New e-liquids and Vaping Products Duty
From 1 October 2026, vaping liquid is charged Vaping Products Duty at £2.20 per 10ml, paid by manufacturers and importers. New stock made or imported from that date carries a duty stamp, existing unstamped stock can be sold until 31 March 2027, and from 1 April 2027 all vaping products sold must be stamped. Keep invoices and delivery notes for any pre-duty stock you hold, and ask our trade team about stock status.

New products are lines we have added recently, and the collection updates as new stock arrives. Lines leave the collection as they age, so a product that was new last month may now sit only in its own category. Check the category pages for the full range.
How often is the new in collection updated?
It updates as new lines are added to the range, so there is no fixed schedule. If you want to know what is arriving next, or whether a particular product is coming, ask our trade team and we will tell you what we can.
Do new products meet UK rules?
They should, but you still need to check. Single-use disposable vapes are banned, tanks and pods that contain nicotine e-liquid are limited to 2ml, and nicotine e-liquid to 20mg/ml and 10ml bottles. Check each product page and keep supplier documentation on file for every line you list.
Can I still get pods and coils for a new kit?
Usually, yes, because new kits are added with their matching pods and coils. Check the kit's pod or coil name against our replacement pods and replacement coils collections before you buy in volume, and ask our trade team if you cannot find a match.
Do new e-liquids carry duty stamps?
It depends on when the stock was made or imported. New stock made or imported from 1 October 2026 must carry a duty stamp, and the duty is £2.20 per 10ml of vaping liquid. Unstamped stock made or imported before that date can be sold until 31 March 2027. Ask our trade team about stock status.
