Wholesale refill pods and refill packs for UK vape shops

Refill pods, also sold as refill packs, prefilled pods and replacement pods, are sealed pods that arrive already filled with e-liquid. They clip into a prefilled vape kit, and when one is spent the customer fits a new one instead of buying a new device. They are not pods the customer fills by hand, which is a different product covered in our refillable range.

Because refill packs are the repeat purchase, this is the collection that keeps a kit customer coming back. Each pod is made for a particular kit range, so the products here are listed by the kit they fit.

How refill packs are sold wholesale

Most products are sold in trade packs. Sizes vary by range, from boxes of 5 for the larger-capacity kits to packs of 10 or 20 for the compact ones. Flavour and nicotine strength are chosen on each product page, so you can build a mixed order. Some ranges also come as 2-in-1 or 4-in-1 packs.

Pack sizes are shown in each product title, so compare the price per pod rather than the price per pack when you are weighing up ranges.

Matching refill pods to kits

Pods are rarely interchangeable between brands, and sometimes not between models from the same brand. The product title names the kit a pod fits, so match it to the kit you stock. Some kits also use a plug-in refill container alongside the pod, so check the product page for what each kit needs.

Stocking refill packs

Every kit you sell should have its refill packs on the shelf, because a customer who buys a kit will be back for pods in their flavour. Start with the flavours that sell best for each kit rather than the full range, and add to it as your reorders show what moves. Keep an eye on the kits you sell most, because their pods will need reordering first, and hold a small buffer of the flavours that move fastest.

What to check before you list a pod

• Pods are capped at 2ml and nicotine e-liquid at 20mg/ml.
• The pod should suit a reusable, rechargeable kit.
• Sales are restricted to adults aged 18 and over.
• Keep the supplier documentation for each product on file.
