Vaping Products Duty and duty stamps
From 1 October 2026, vaping liquid is charged Vaping Products Duty at £2.20 per 10ml, paid by manufacturers and importers. New stock made or imported from that date carries a duty stamp on the packaging. Existing unstamped stock can be sold until 31 March 2027, and from 1 April 2027 all vaping products sold in the UK must carry a valid stamp. Keep invoices and delivery notes for any pre-duty stock you hold.
