Buying clearance stock
Clearance stock is limited, and lines are not always restocked once they sell out. A few points help you buy well.
If you stock a kit that is being cleared, make sure the coils or pods it uses are still available, because customers will come back for them. Compare the kit's coil or pod name with our coil and pod collections before you buy in volume.
Read each product page for the details of the product you are buying, including battery type, wattage range and capacity.
Choose the devices your customers already use, so the stock sells through quickly.

Check UK compliance before you list
A product being on clearance does not change the rules that apply to it. Tanks and pods that contain nicotine e-liquid are limited to 2ml in the UK, and nicotine e-liquid is limited to 20mg/ml and bottles of up to 10ml. Older or end-of-line products can differ from current UK versions, so check each product's capacity and supplier documentation before you list it. Products should be notified to the MHRA where required, and sales are restricted to adults aged 18 and over.
Clearance e-liquids and Vaping Products Duty
From 1 October 2026, vaping liquid is charged Vaping Products Duty at £2.20 per 10ml, paid by manufacturers and importers, and new stock carries a duty stamp. Existing unstamped stock made or imported before that date can be sold until 31 March 2027, and from 1 April 2027 all vaping products sold must be stamped. If you buy clearance e-liquid or nic salts, keep invoices and delivery notes, and ask our trade team about stock status.

What is clearance stock?
Clearance stock is end-of-line or limited-quantity stock that we list for trade buyers while it lasts. It includes kits, tanks, mods, spare parts and a few consumable lines. The range changes as lines sell out, so check the collection for what is available when you order.
Will clearance lines be restocked?
Not always. Many clearance lines are end-of-line and will not be restocked once they sell out. If you need a particular product in volume, ask our trade team whether more is available before you place your order, and we will tell you what we can supply.
Can I still get coils and pods for a clearance kit?
Often, but it depends on the kit. Check the kit's coil or pod name against our replacement coils and replacement pods collections before you buy in volume, and ask our trade team if you cannot find a match. This protects you from stocking a kit your customers cannot keep running.
Do clearance products follow the same UK rules?
Yes. Tanks and pods that contain nicotine e-liquid are limited to 2ml, nicotine e-liquid to 20mg/ml and 10ml bottles, and sales are restricted to adults aged 18 and over. Check each product's capacity and keep supplier documentation on file, because older products can differ from current UK versions.
