SMOK - TFV16 - COILS

SMOK TFV16 coils are the plug-in heads for the SMOK TFV16 sub-ohm tank, sold here in packs of three. Choose from three TFV16 mesh coils: Mesh 0.17 ohm, Dual Mesh 0.12 ohm and Triple Mesh 0.15 ohm, each pack holding one resistance. They sit among the larger sub-ohm mesh coils in the UK, built for direct-to-lung vaping on a capable box mod.

Tank vapers want a rich, full taste from their own e-liquid, and mesh heads are how they get close to the disposable-style flavour many first tried in a sealed device. Coils themselves sit outside the TPD capacity and nicotine limits, which apply to the tank and e-liquid. On TFV16 dual mesh vs triple mesh, the Dual Mesh sits at 0.12 ohm, below the other two heads, while the Triple Mesh is rated around 90W. For what wattage for TFV16 coils, the single Mesh head is rated around 120W; always start lower and work up.

Customers who search vape coils near me for a TFV16 usually want a spare pack on the same day their head tastes burnt. We stock SMOK coils wholesale with no minimum order, so shops can buy bulk vape coils in the UK across all three resistances. As a trade vape coil supplier running vape wholesale Manchester dispatch from our own warehouse, we send orders placed before 3pm the same day.

Unique Selling Points

Choice of Mesh Layouts

The TFV16 range uses single, dual and triple mesh strips in the same coil body. More mesh generally means a lower resistance and a larger heated area, so customers can pick the head that suits how much power their mod delivers and how dense they like the vapour.

Mesh for Even Heating

A mesh strip spreads heat across a flat, perforated surface rather than a round wire. E-liquid vaporises more evenly, which helps the coil avoid hot spots and keeps the taste consistent from a fresh head to the end of its life.

Tank-Specific Fit

These heads are made for the TFV16 tank and push straight into its base. Matching coils to the tank by name keeps ordering simple for both shop staff and customers, with no adaptors or guesswork.

Why Choose the SMOK TFV16 Coils?

• Keeps TFV16 tanks running with fresh heads
• Three resistances to match different mods
• Even, consistent taste from mesh heating
• Quick, tool-free coil swaps
• A steady repeat line for shops selling the tank

Use Cases

Evening cloud session: a hobbyist runs the Triple Mesh head on a dual-battery mod for dense vapour while relaxing at home.

Coil rotation: a vaper keeps a pack of each resistance and switches heads to match the e-liquid they are using that week.

Tank aisle: a retailer stocks all three resistances beside the TFV16 tank so buyers leave with spares.

How to Use

1. Empty the tank and unscrew it from the mod.
2. Unscrew the base from the tank.
3. Pull out the used coil head.
4. Drip a few drops of e-liquid onto the new coil's cotton ports.
5. Push the new coil into the base.
6. Reassemble the tank and fill it with e-liquid.
7. Wait five minutes for the cotton to soak.
8. Start at the lower end of the wattage range and adjust to taste.

How It Compares

For Trade Buyers

TFV16 coils are a repeat-purchase line: every TFV16 tank you sell needs fresh heads every week or two. There is no minimum order quantity, so you can carry all three resistances in small numbers and build up the ones your TFV16 customers come back for week after week, keeping shelf space tied to real demand.

Margins improve at volume, and larger coil orders can be quoted through our bulk order form. Stock is held in our Manchester warehouse, with same-day dispatch on orders before 3pm and free next-day delivery over £200, excluding BT postcodes. To plan a coil range, contact our trade team.
