Wholesale 100ml shortfills for UK vape shops
The 100ml shortfill is the biggest part of our e-liquid range and the format most customers buy on repeat. A shortfill is nicotine-free e-liquid in a bottle with room left for nic shots, so the customer chooses their own strength. This collection brings together 100ml shortfills from the brands UK customers ask for by name, so you can stock the biggest-selling format from one supplier.

How 100ml shortfills and nic shots work
Shortfills are sold nicotine-free because UK rules limit bottles of nicotine e-liquid to 10ml. A 100ml shortfill usually comes in a 120ml bottle, so there is room for two 10ml nic shots. Two 18mg shots added to a 100ml shortfill make 120ml of 3mg e-liquid.
Check the bottle for how many shots it takes, and keep nic shots next to your shortfills so the two sell together. See our nic shots.
VG ratios and the devices they suit
Many 100ml shortfills are high-VG, with 70VG and 30PG common, and they generally suit sub-ohm tanks and sub-ohm vape kits. Some brands also offer 50/50 versions, such as Kingston 50/50 and Seriously Pod Fill, made for pod devices. Ratios vary, so check each product page and follow the device's own guidance.
Choosing a range for your shop
You do not need every brand. A handful of well-known names in the flavour families your customers ask for will cover most requests. Start there, and widen the range as your reorders show which lines move. Keep a few 50/50 options for customers with pod kits, and add the 50ml and 200ml sizes for customers who want smaller or larger bottles. See our wholesale e-liquids for the full range.
Vaping Products Duty and duty stamps
From 1 October 2026, vaping liquid is charged Vaping Products Duty at £2.20 per 10ml, whether or not it contains nicotine, and it is paid by manufacturers and importers. A 100ml shortfill is charged on 100ml of liquid, so it carries £22 of duty on new stock. New stock carries a duty stamp, existing unstamped stock can be sold until 31 March 2027, and from 1 April 2027 all vaping products sold must be stamped. Keep invoices and delivery notes for any pre-duty stock you hold.
What to check before you list a shortfill
- Shortfills must be nicotine-free, with space left for nic shots.
- Containers should be child-resistant and tamper-evident, and products should be notified to the MHRA.
- Sales are restricted to adults aged 18 and over, and supplier documentation should be kept on file.

Frequently asked questions
What is a 100ml shortfill?
A 100ml shortfill is a nicotine-free e-liquid in a larger bottle with room left for nic shots. UK rules limit nicotine e-liquid to 10ml bottles, so larger bottles are sold at 0mg. Customers who want nicotine add separate 10ml nic shots to the bottle and shake it well.
How many nic shots does a 100ml shortfill take?
A 100ml shortfill usually comes in a 120ml bottle with room for two 10ml nic shots, though bottles vary, so check the label. Two 18mg shots make 120ml of 3mg e-liquid. Match the number of shots to the amount of e-liquid inside, and keep shots next to your shortfills.
What is the difference between 70/30 and 50/50 shortfills?
70/30 shortfills are high-VG, with 70% VG, and generally suit sub-ohm tanks. 50/50 shortfills use equal parts PG and VG and are made for pod devices, such as Kingston 50/50 and Seriously Pod Fill. Check each product page and the device's own guidance before recommending either.
Does Vaping Products Duty apply to 100ml shortfills?
Yes. From 1 October 2026 the duty is £2.20 per 10ml of vaping liquid, whether or not it contains nicotine, so a 100ml bottle carries £22 on new stock. It is paid by manufacturers and importers. Unstamped stock made or imported before that date can be sold until 31 March 2027.
Are 100ml shortfills legal to sell in the UK?
Yes, to adults aged 18 and over, provided they are nicotine-free and meet UK TPD rules. Containers must be child-resistant and tamper-evident, and products should be notified to the MHRA. Keep supplier documentation on file for each product you list, and keep age checks in place on every sale.
Do you offer trade pricing and next-day delivery on 100ml shortfills?
Trade prices are shown after you log in. Orders over £200 placed before 3pm ship free for next-day delivery, with BT postcodes excluded. For larger orders, or a quote covering several shops, contact our trade team and we will put one together.
